Privacy policy
Last updated: September 15, 2026. This policy covers sixsummitinc.com, run by SIX SUMMIT INC, a Florida corporation.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, only when you send them.
- Email: whatever you write to hello@sixsummitinc.com.
- Server logs and anti-spam: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages requested, to keep the site working. To limit spam we count submissions per visitor using a one-way hash of the IP address that expires every hour. We never store your IP address in readable form ourselves.
What we do not do
- This site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or social media trackers.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to mailing lists.
Why we use it
To answer your message and follow up on the project you asked about. Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and free of spam.
Who else handles it, and where
Our web hosting and email provider stores the site, the form submissions and our mailbox on our behalf. Their servers are in the United States, so if you write to us from outside the US your data is transferred there. We rely on our provider’s standard data protection terms for that transfer. Nobody else receives your data unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages and emails: up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless we start working together, in which case we keep them for as long as the business relationship lasts and for the period required by law afterwards. Server logs and anti-spam records: short-lived, and in the case of anti-spam, only as a one-way hash that expires each hour. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Write to hello@sixsummitinc.com to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, or to receive a copy in a portable format. We reply in English or Spanish, normally within 30 days, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and you believe we have handled your data badly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
